"The Invasion of Father Frosts"

The culmination of the celebration is the procession of Father Frosts who come on that day from neighbouring cities and regions to Rybinsk headed by the main Father Frost of the country from the city of Veliky Ustyug.
In 2012, for example, the procession was attended by 1001 fairy-tale magicians. To the great procession of Father Frosts everyone may join. By New Year march "the frosty column" goes to the city central square where the solemn ceremony of lighting up the main Christmas tree of the city and a concert takes place.
